By downloading, installing, accessing, or using AdaptFit.AI (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PT Paul Personal Training Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore.
AdaptFit.AI is an AI-powered personal fitness coaching application that provides personalised workout prescriptions adapted to your recovery status, fitness goals, and available equipment; delivers coaching guidance through an AI system (PT Paul) trained on evidence-based personal training methodology; integrates with wearable devices; and enables optional social sharing to third-party platforms (e.g. Strava).
The App is designed for general fitness and wellness purposes. It is not a medical device, clinical tool, or healthcare service.
IMPORTANT: AdaptFit.AI provides general fitness coaching guidance only. Nothing in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, or a substitute for professional medical, physiotherapy, or healthcare advice.
Always consult a qualified doctor, physiotherapist, or other healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise programme, particularly if you have any existing medical condition, injury, or disability; are pregnant or in the postnatal period; have cardiovascular, respiratory, or musculoskeletal conditions; have not exercised regularly in the past 12 months; or experience any unusual symptoms during exercise.
STOP exercising immediately and seek emergency medical attention if you experience: chest pain, tightness, or pressure; severe shortness of breath; dizziness, faintness, or loss of consciousness; irregular or rapid heartbeat; severe or unusual pain; nausea or vomiting during exercise; or any symptom that feels abnormal or alarming. Call your local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on this App in an emergency.
Health metrics provided by wearable devices (HRV, heart rate, sleep data) are estimates based on sensor readings. They are not medical-grade measurements and should not be used for clinical decision-making. Accuracy varies by device, individual physiology, and environmental conditions.

The coaching provided by "PT Paul" is generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude model) trained on PT Paul's methodology. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
You must be at least 18 years of age to use AdaptFit.AI. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may not use the App under any circumstances.
By using AdaptFit.AI, you agree to:
When you connect a wearable device or third-party service, you authorise AdaptFit.AI to interact with those services as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you are the legitimate account holder for any connected service. You may disconnect any integration at any time from within the App. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of data provided by third-party wearable devices or services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies.
All content within AdaptFit.AI — including the PT Paul coaching methodology and system, app design, graphics, user interface, exercise programming logic, algorithms, brand name, logo, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of PT Paul Personal Training Pte Ltd, protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial fitness coaching purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from AdaptFit.AI without our express prior written permission. You may not reverse engineer or decompile the App. The PT Paul coaching methodology and AI system represent proprietary intellectual property protected as trade secrets.
You must not: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; use automated tools or bots to access the App; impersonate any person or entity; use the App to harvest data about other users; interfere with the integrity or performance of the App; attempt to circumvent any security measures; use the App for commercial purposes or to build a competing product; or submit false health information.
AdaptFit.AI is currently available in beta at no charge. When paid subscriptions are introduced, pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase; subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; and refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store policies.
AdaptFit.AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted; coaching recommendations will be suitable for your specific circumstances; wearable device data will be accurate; or AI-generated coaching will always be appropriate. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, PT Paul Personal Training Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; personal injury or property damage arising from use of the App; loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities; damages from third-party wearable device data inaccuracies; or any damages exceeding the amount you paid to use the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused directly by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Singapore law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PT Paul Personal Training Pte Ltd from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or provision of false or misleading information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → App → Delete my account and data. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 5, 9, 12, 13, 14, 16) will remain in force.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting paul@adaptfit.ai. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and PT Paul Personal Training Pte Ltd regarding AdaptFit.AI.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Force Majeure: We will not be liable for failure or delay arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Language: These Terms are written in English. In any inconsistency between the English version and a translation, English prevails.
